DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders ship via USPS Priority or Express Mail within 2-4 business days of placement.  You will receive e-mail notification when your order has been shipped.  Please allow 2-3 days for USPS Priority Mail, or 1 day for USPS Express Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders ship via USPS First-Class Package, Priority Mail, or Express Mail within 2-4 business days of placement.  You will receive e-mail notification when your order has been shipped.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for USPS First-Class Package, 6-10 days for USPS Priority Mail, or 3-5 days for USPS Express Mail.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Customers outside of the United States can order Livdin lamps with country-specific power plugs.  Please contact us with your specific requirements and allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

RETURNS

We hope you are thoroughly delighted by your Livdin product, but in the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of your order date.  Please contact us before returning an item, and we will provide you with all of the necessary details.  Should you have any other issues with an order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to take care of you.
